Placing an order

TriTones offers you three convenient methods of placing an order:
  • Place your order on our website and checking out through a Secure encrypted checkout page
  • Place your order over the phone. Please call us at 1-877-492-0882. Please leave a message if necessary, TriTones representative will get back to you within 24 hours. I
  • In case of custom orders your order needs to be placed via Quote request form. Subsequently we will issue an electronic PayPal invoice that you can pay with a Credit or Debit card or PayPal account.

Changing or canceling an order

We understand that sometimes you just need to modify or cancel an order you just placed. We try our best to ship all orders as soon as possible so in most cases you have less than 24 hours to request a change or cancellation.
  • First check your order current status. If your order has not yet shipped contact us as soon as possible at 1-877-492-0882. Don't hesitate to leave a message - a TriTones representative will call you back shortly.
  • If your order has already been shipped please refer to our Returns policy to find out how you can return your order for an exchange or a refund.

TriTones accepts a variety of payment methods:
  • Credit Cards or Debit Cards (website or over the phone).
  • Wire Transfer (invoiced orders)
  • PayPal (through PayPal checkout only, you will be redirected to PayPal website during checkout. Please do not send us money using PayPal's Send Money functionality)
  • Bill Me Later©
  • Money order, personal checks (with prior authorization)

Paying with a credit card

US and International Credit and Debit cards are accepted:
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • MasterCard
  • Visa

Troubleshooting credit card & debit card payment errors

If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated. Double check the card type (for example, American Express), the account number and expiration date. Remove dashes or spaces from the account number. If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service 800 number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.

Account verification

To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the 800 number on the back of your credit card to confirm.

Security codes

The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Discover/MasterCard/Visa) of your card, in addition to the account number.

Daily spending limits for Debit Cards

Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order, even if there is enough money in an account. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.

Wire Transfer

To pay for your purchase using a Wire Transfer:
  • Place your order with a TriTones representative at 1-877-492-0882 or by contacting us using this form.
  • Obtain the final dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges. We will provide you with our US bank routing information.
  • Have your bank electronically transfer the total dollar amount of your order using the routing information below.
  • Please make sure to keep a copy of your payment confirmation as we might ask for it to verify your payment.
  • Allow 1 business day for the processing of your wire transfer.
  • This option is often the best for international customers, although you may be responsible for international wire transfer and currency conversion fees.


In accordance with state and local law TriTones currently collects tax in New York and California. Your invoice will reflect the final total tax, which includes state and local taxes, as well as any applicable rebates or fees.

Tax-exempt orders

To place an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please contact us using an online contact form or by calling us at 1-877-492-0882. You will need to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Federal tax exemption certificates are not applicable.
